We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days, however in most cases we ship within 1 working day.
Once it’s left us, it’s down to your friendly local postie, but with Royal Mail shipping it shouldn’t take more than a couple of days (UK).

Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your deodorant, but if it’s not right for you we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Our 30 day money back guarantee applies to products purchased by first time customers only, and is only available on products purchased via naturaldeoco.com.
Please email [email protected] with your order number so that we can assist you with arranging the return of your product.
We want you you to love your new deodorant, but if you change your mind you can return it to us in it’s original, resalable condition. For reasons of hygiene, your item must remain unopened and unused or we will not be able to offer you a refund.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product, or to report a faulty product, you should first send us a message.
You will be responsible for packaging up your return securely and paying for the return shipping costs. Except in the case of returning faulty items, shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it’s best to send it Registered Post and to get a tracking number.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a fault on our part.
If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to make an exchange you can return to us unopened, original condition, resalable products.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Please confirm your cancellation in writing to us via email. You may have to return the goods to us as, although we aim to despatch items within 3 working days, we often send items the next working day.
Returning an item from a cancelled order, which has already been despatched, is at the cost of the purchaser.
We refund money on receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition. This means they have not been used, opened or have damaged packaging. We are legally obliged to ensure your money is refunded within 30 working days.
